20 Inch Bathroom Vanity With Vessel Sink

Luxury can often be found in the most simple of packages, and this little vanity selection is no exception. The hardwood cabinet is finished in English chestnut and features a spacious under sink storage area. On top, a travertine counter top is enhanced by a matching stone vessel sink. Fixtures are not included.

Material: This bath vanity is constructed of a combination of solid Poplar hardwood, select veneers and high grade medium density fiberboard. The framework of the cabinet is hardwood, and the ornate trim and the elegant features are MDF. Poplar is one of the most common used woods to build furniture frame work and paint grade cabinets. It has a tight smooth grain. Poplar grows very tall and straight so getting lumber in wide widths and long lengths is easy. In woodworking, veneer refers to thin slices of wood, usually thinner than 1/8 inch, and is glued onto core wood panels to produce flat panels such as doors, tops and panels for cabinets. MDF is ideal for ornate accents and carvings due to its consistency. It takes paint well and provides a durable finish. All hardwoods have been Kiln dried to ensure a stable product that will not expand, contract, or warp.

Counter Top: Travertine is a form of limestone deposited by mineral springs. Travertine is a porous stone that in raw form has lots of veining and pits. When Travertine is used for countertops, it is honed, which means the pits are filled and sanded to create a smooth surface. The Travertine countertop on this vanity has a matte finish. It may look dull upon inspection, but that is due to the type of Travertine. You can apply a glossy sealer to it if you prefer a gloss finish. Travertine can be damaged by acidic foods and cleaners, and is more vulnerable to scratches and etching (water marks) if not dried routinely. It is recommended that you seal Travertine at least every 3-6 months.

Backsplashes: All of our bathroom vanities state Backsplashes Not Included. Some of our vanities may be delivered with a backsplash, but if that backsplash arrives damaged, we are unable to ship a replacement backsplash due to high freight damage occurrences. We recommend either shopping at your local hardware store or stone fabricator for matching counter top material, or consider using tile as an alternate backsplash.

Finish: The multi-step finish process on the vanities is not only rich with color & pleasing to the eye it is also a very durable outer shell to help protect your furniture from ware and damage that may occur in everyday use. Actual color may vary slightly due to different computer monitor display settings.

Light Assembly Required: The countertop and sink may not be attached to the base cabinet. If not, this will require attachment by use of silicone (not provided) and additional hardware (provided). Some furniture style vanities are shipped without the feet attached, which require installation by simply screwing in, all parts included. If additional accessories are included, such as faucet, mirrors, etc., these accessories will require installation. Includes an open space for plumbing accessibility.

Just had this vanity installed in a new bathroom and it looks fantastic. I coupled it with a delta vessel faucet in oil-rubbed bronze. I'm very pleased with the product and the way it was shipped--very well packed and in perfect condition. The travertine top and bowl really add a touch of luxury without taking up a lot of space.

Q: Do I have to purchase the top? Are the holes pre drilled for faucet on the countertop?
A: Yes, the counter top is already attached to the vanity and yes the faucet holes are pre drilled in the countertop.

Q: Is the drain included in the sink?
A: No it is not. Generally your faucet purchase should include the drain.
